Our approach to business coaching is all about supporting business leaders to:

 

- Create focus on where they want to be as a business and as an individual within it

 

- Foster creativity within their own teams to unlock the solutions to their problems and secure strong engagement in delivery

 

- Put in place the plans to track change, ensuring that focus on what is important remains centre of the frame

 

We are engagement specialists. We want the difference that is experienced at the top of the office from impactful business coaching to be felt throughout the organisation. 

 

We want organisational leaders to feel supported in the personal decisions they need to make in order to drive their business forward.

 

The options around the level of engagement are flexible, from involvement in weekly senior team meetings and development sessions to monthly touch point meetings to ensure that focus is maintained. We will work with you to design your solution. 

 

 

Creating focus

We work with the senior leader(s) in the organisation to develop a clear understanding of the organisation's aims. These may be long term aims around growth and expansion, or shorter term tactical aims to resolve a specific issue. However the conversation starts, we work together to create a greater level of clarity and prioritise the goals and the strategies that are needed in order for the organisation to achieve them. As the day job often gets in the way, we work with the senior leader(s) to maintain the focus, reminding them of the strategy and holding them to account for delivery. We do this by agreeing transparent goals and KPIs which we can track against. In this way, we both create the focus and maintain it to support the organisation to meet its goals.

 

 

How to make it happen

We don't arrive with a list of ready-made solutions like a consultancy might. We prefer to bring our experience and learning from elsewhere and blend this with your own organisation's ideas and solutions. We encourage creativity from your teams and maximise opportunities for people to design their own solutions. We find that this leads to increased levels of engagement and a shared sense of aim, focus and purpose... and ultimately, delivery. 

 

 

 

Delivery and process

We work with your teams to develop effective plans that link to delivery of the aims of the organisation. They may have to bridge other plans, for example existing projects, compliance or business as usual, but we can ensure that focus on the required outcomes are maintained by exploiting commonalities. Fundamentally, we are sure that the vast majority of individuals go to work to do a good job, and so by engaging people within the planning process and enabling a sense of responsibility, accountability and achievement, delivery of multiple goals is much easier to achieve.
